Associate Financial Analyst Reval
About the Position
The primary responsibility is to execute and support all SSAE16 related requests and cases logged by Reval clients and other internal Reval departments. This includes, but is not limited to, completing and maintaining all daily checklists, executing company and user setups and modifications, performing SSAE16 verifications, creating and maintaining client transition documentation. The compliance analyst will also be responsible for the management and scheduling of all mass email notifications to clients regarding system availability and release notices and will review and update CS procedure documents for all SSAE16 related processes as needed. Finally, the Compliance Analyst will work with designated client administrators to ensure that the SSAE16 requirements for administrative cases logged with the Client Solutions department are met to ensure that there are no exceptions to Reval?s SSAE16 audit review.
Will demonstrate in depth knowledge of Reval?s SSAE16 as it relates to Reval Client Solutions
Detail oriented to ensure that all activities and tasks within the Reval Client Solutions department that fall under Reval?s SSAE16 review are captured and adhered to as per the most recent SSAE16 requirements.
Meticulous and consistent in executing operational processes related to any SSAE16 activity, task or case logged with the Reval Client Solutions department.
Ability to research and resolve contractual issues pertaining to client subscriptions to Reval?s electronic services and trade/user limits.
Create and maintain all client transition documentation and checklists and ensure that the client?s transition from Professional Services to Client Solutions is finalized within acceptable time frame
Understand the administrative client cases logged with the Reval Client Solutions department in order to execute and communicate resolution back to the client within an acceptable time frame.
Communicate clear and concise explanations to client administrative cases in writing. Excellent communication skills a must.
Create, execute and manage mass email notifications to client administrators as it relates to communication that is required to be distributed by Reval under the SSAE16.
Build trust by communicating effectively with clients the status of cases and addressing client administrative objectives, setting appropriate expectations with client and managing them throughout the case life cycle
Consistently present and conduct a professional demeanor and approach in all client related communications
Provide recurring reports to Relationship Manager and Client Solutions Director that include, but are not limited to, client trade and user subscriptions and client usage
Communicate client administrative issues with either RM and/or Director to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Maintain and update all procedure documents within Reval Client Solutions pertaining to any SSAE16 process as required.
Academic and professional qualifications
Bachelors in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance or relevant work experience
Strong customer support skills with demonstrated ability effectively dealing with escalated customer concerns
Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and deliver within tight deadlines/time-frames
Previous experience in a compliance type position for any organization a plus
