uuOverview:
The Gift Card Support Associate will be responsible for developing client relationships, managing initial and ongoing client launches, recommending additional client product offering, and maintaining a consistent client revenue stream as well as other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned. This position?s key focus will be to maintain, retain, and grow gift card sales, primarily for tier II & III volume partners. This position proactively supports existing client relationships to ensure that current and new programs are operating with maximum efficiency and profitability as well as develops and implements strategies for building and growing client relationships using various disciplines and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Ensure assigned partners objectives and requirements are met.
Track partner financial and other performance vs. plan. Identify key issues (product/platform, financial, regulatory, or other) affecting performance.
Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as Sales, IT and Marketing, and Operations to develop and provide product definitions.
Identify opportunities for partner digital expansion in third party and direct to consumer.
Respond to partner needs and market opportunities.
Work with Market Solutions to implement products or programs as required.
Collaborate with Sales personnel and Retail Channel Managers to assess and prioritize opportunities
Work with Marketing and Sales Management to ensure that products are promoted effectively
Review sales, trend, and profitability analyses. Assist with financial and technical justification for product selection and definition.
Oversee preparation of product /card production/development objectives and schedules for all phases of product development and introduction to market.
Evaluate competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors.
Evaluate viability of identified partnering opportunities for complementary third-party products to broaden company's product line.
