Job Description
Established diagnostics lab is currently looking to hire a director of their CLIA certified cytogenetic diagnostics lab. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining all standards and signing out all cases for CLIA certification as well as state certifications in New York and New Jersey. In addition, day to day management of the lab's other clinical personnel, including supervisors and technicians, will be the responsibility of the director.
Candidates should hold a Ph.D. or M.D.and be currently ABMG certified in cytogenetics (C or X classifications preferred). Additional certifications (such as NCA) as well as prior experience in a New York or New Jersey cytogenetics lab is a plus. Compensation is competitive and relocation will be provider for the right candidate.
