Managed Contracts Projects
Axiom?s fastest growing line of business is our Managed Contracts Projects offering. Via this offering, Axiom reviews, analyzes and remediate large volumes of contracts for our clients. By combining subject matter expertise with process and project management excellence, we offer clients the opportunity to receive extremely high quality work product that meets project deadlines ? all at drastically reduced costs.
This Associate role will report to the Senior Vice President of Managed Services and support both the Product Development & Commercial efforts of the Managed Contracts Projects business. As such, the Associate will work very closely with Axiom?s Projects Solutions Sales force.
This is an opportunity for the right strategic problem solver with strong analytical and quantitative skills. Because Managed Contracts is in a fast growing and dynamic phase, we?re looking for someone who will thrive in such an environment -- excited by the ?start-up? mindset and comfortable with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude ? this is not ?business-as-usual.?
Candidates interested in this role will likely be interested in business strategy, business development and product development roles.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Contribute to the refining and building of the Managed Contracts Project offering. Work with the team to create clear & consistent propositions focused around client needs, Axiom capabilities required & client buying triggers
Map key variances between client segments / industries / geographies ? and iterate offering against individual clients needs where needed
Create commercially-presentable sales material and contribute to the training of Axiom?s origination and sales forces through go-to-market materials, refined case studies, and where appropriate, additional workshops or training materials
Work collaboratively with Client Delivery on the modification and development of new capabilities to accommodate new service offerings
Working within the larger Axiom ecosystem, own and manage the Managed Contracts Projects knowledge management repository
Assist in the development of appropriate sales materials and proposals for specific client opportunities
Support management/oversight of the sales pipeline
Assist in pricing strategy for Managed Contracts Projects by developing pricing tools and contributing to the discussion of ongoing economics and profitability
Assist in the pricing model development in support of complex proposals

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1 to 2 years? experience within a top-tier Management Consulting firm or a similar role within F500, other professional services organization
Exceptional analytical and quantitative capabilities
Basic financial modeling a plus
Relentless focus on client?s needs and consistently raises the bar on service excellence
Superb time management, judgment, decision-making and problem solving skills
Thrives in both individual and collaborative team environments
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Visio)

Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Bachelor?s degree required.
