Associate Managers of Local Marketing & Media (AMLMMs) provide exceptional service to our clients and vendors by facilitating communication and implementing local marketing and media plans for local media users.
The primary focus for the Associate Manager is the maintenance of business relationships with clients and/or vendors. This individual will be managing the execution of the specific marketing programs.
The AMLMM works with media users and/or vendors to implement plans, and under general direction, oversees local marketing programs for a particular client or clients. Responsibilities also include:
Working with a wide range of BrandMuscle clients to understand their immediate marketing needs and provide media planning assistance
Leading and directing team members
Assigning individual responsibilities among team to assure timely completion of client media plans or buys
Expanding the client relationship through proactive and innovative project management and driving internal contacts to ensure timely deliverables to the client.
Acting as a liaison between the client and/or vendors and the BrandMuscle teams to ensure that project goals and timelines are met
Interfacing with all areas involved with marketing programs for the client including end users, Finance, Product Development and Client Service
Processing media requests, claims and associated details for media orders
Recommending and taking action to assist in the analysis and solutions of client issues and problems as it relates to media
Providing ongoing feedback, reporting, and assessment of marketing programs and reports any issues to Local Marketing Managers
Conducting training sessions
Other responsibilities for this position may include help desk management or software testing, depending on the assigned clients and managers. The Associate Manager, Local Marketing & Media must be flexible and able to accommodate a variety of priorities.
Must be thoroughly computer literate and able to learn new software quickly.
Bachelor?s degree required, Internet experience a plus. Some travel required. Advertising industry knowledge, commitment to client service.
5+ years of ad agency account service or media advertising management experience, and must have knowledge of advertising and media planning processes.
