The Sales Operations Associate Manager develops, delivers and implements insights to the commercial team through integration of secondary data sources, custom analytics and functional expertise.
Supports initiatives to drive sales force effectiveness.
Provides accurate and in-depth analyses to cross-functional leadership teams and serves as an integral part of the extended commercial team(s).
Collaborates with the Commercial Analytics team to fulfill data analysis needs in support of key strategic sales force initiatives.
Executes sales force territory alignments that drive the sales force strategy determined by senior leadership.
Executes sales incentive and compensation programs and contests that support the sales force strategy as determined by senior leadership.
Develops sales-operations-specific presentations for the field or appropriate audiences.
Delivers fact-based recommendations on ways to improve operational practices and processes to increase overall sales force success.
Leverages expertise in manipulation of large data sets.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
2-5 years in consulting and/or sales operations.
Experience in Sales Analytics, Incentive Compensation, Database Architecture, and Project Management preferred.
Demonstrated success developing and presenting solutions to complex business situations.
Leverage recommendations supported through analytics.
Highly proficient analytical and software skills aimed at data analysis.
Strong ability to effectively analyze/interpret data to make confident recommendations.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
High degree of independence and exceptional work ethic.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Professional, proactive demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
