The candidate should feel comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously while efficiently managing client requests. He or she should have the ability to function equally well independently and as part of a team, as well as possess the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage clients? natural search marketing programs as the day to day point of contact
Oversee website optimization, including content editing, site architecture, linking programs
Collaborate with clients to research and maintain target keyword phrases.
Analyze data and report key findings and recommendations to clients.
Generate and distribute monthly traffic, ranking and other vital reports.
Lead implementation for best practices recommendation for clients
Provide answers to questions related to their organic search program.
Continually gain more search engine optimization knowledge and share new strategies with clients.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices
Complete special projects, as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have:
Minimum of one year of online marketing experience
Prior experience in Search Engine Optimization, B2B and B2C, preferred
Experience working with designers and IT staff to develop or maintain websites, a plus
Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus)
Strong Excel and MS Office skills
Strong analytical experience
Strong communication and writing skills
The ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong work ethic and a team player with the ability to work independently
Preferred Skills:
Search marketing campaign experience
Experience with Google Ad Words, MSN AdCenter, and bid management software
Online client/account services experience
Account management experience
