We are looking for rock star software developers to join the Cardlytic?s Engineering Organization. Ideal candidates will display a strong passion for creating web based enterprise applications using the Microsoft Technology Stack. Team members are responsible for quality assurance, product enhancements and improving the consumer experience.
Desired Skills & Technologies
Ability to quickly grasp high-level business goals, derive requirements, and translate them into effective technical solutions
Strong analytical abilities and problem solving with a strong bias for quality and engineering
Proficiency with SQL, relational data modeling, and basic database schema design
A "team focus" with strong collaboration and communication skills
Web development experience using object oriented techniques using C#, Java
Ability to solve architectural and system issues involving scalability, distributed systems, and relational databases
Ability to fluidly change context and priorities based on changing business needs
Fast-paced environment with short delivery times
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Self-starter ability to drive projects forward with limited oversight
Education and Experience
BS/MS in Computer Science or Equivalent
