This position will be involved in all aspects of Global Client Services Operations development, implementation and maintenance. The expectation is that the successful candiate will work in each of the Programs for a period of time sufficient to provide a solid foundation in each of the the areas of focus. These areas include; Online Support Center, Education, Knowledgebase, Community, Contracts, SFDC administration...
This will vary by Program, but in all cases will inlcude intensive learning curve to become proficient in the core aspects of the Program such that they can become an effective contributor. Each quarter will be defined in terms of specific goals we expect to be accomplished for the given program.
Any combination of the skills defined below;
Strong computer skills practiced in a professional work environment
Confident and effective communication skills in all forms.
Experience with web technologies and systems, including web-based business applications such as Google Applications and Google Sites.
Ability to execute on a project plan and maintain task-focus
A professional attitude, strong team-orientation, and effective collaboration skills
Exceptional analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous projects
Interest in a wide variety of business, techology and customer facing disciplines.
