As Associate Order Analyst you will be responsible for the entry and quality review of client orders, mail schedules and supporting Account Management with direct mail and digital campaigns. In your role you will also serve as the point person within the Order Management team for initial processing of model results we receive from our clients.

As Associate Order Analyst you will: Be responsible for the entry and quality review of client orders, mail schedules, results data, and supporting Account Management with direct mail and digital campaigns.

Day-to-day you will:

? Serve as the point of contact for collecting client results data and then prepping the data to go to Results Database team.
? Partner with Sales (Account Management) and Production to manage Sales Order process from order entry through to fulfillment for a set book of accounts, ensuring deadlines are met.
? Manage multiple projects with differing timetables and client expectations.
? Work with production to investigate and troubleshoot model/order issues working with analytics, IT and data teams.
? Serve as a member of cross-functional team(s) on specific initiatives and projects What you can bring to the table. Our management team is looking for a qualified candidate who will be energized by the dynamics of an entrepreneurial work environment.

? Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail

? Strong work ethic w/ ability to flex work hours to meet demand
? Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams and be flexible within a dynamic environment
? Great written and verbal communication skills
? Microsoft Office skills with strong Microsoft Excel skills
? College degree, relevant technical school course work, or complimentary work experience required
? Multi-Channel Marketing industry experience a plus
? Location is in Westminster, CO
