Job Description
The Order Analyst is responsible for the entry and quality review of client orders, mail schedules, results data, and supporting Account Management.
? Partners with Sales (Account Management) and Production to manage Sales Order process from order entry through to fulfillment.
? Tracks progression of the orders to insure timely completion to meet client deadlines
? Communicates with Production team to insure necessary data files are used appropriately for specific order requirements
? Provides Sales (Account Manager) with order summary reports
? Supports Sales (Account Manager) in gathering data for meeting presentations
? Partners with data, analytics and technology teams for order processing
? Investigates and resolves model related issues; coordinates with internal resources as necessary for resolution
? Actively participates in and contributes to special projects, systems testing, and training
Skills and Qualifications:
? Customer service and/or production related background required
? Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
? Grace under pressure in deadline-oriented environment
? Strong work ethic w/ ability to flex work hours to meet demand
? Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams and be flexible within a dynamic environment
? Great written and verbal communication skills
? Microsoft Office skills, specifically proficiency with Excel
? College degree, relevant technical school course work, or complimentary work experience required
? Multi-Channel Marketing industry experience a plus
