Associate Premium Account Coordinator Mindbody

Associate Premium Account Coordinators facilitate the implementation and configuration of the MINDBODY software. Additionally, Associate PAC?s work directly with a Senior Premium Account Coordinator to service MINDBODY Premium Accounts and provide high level project management support and ongoing technical assistance.
Reports to: Premium Services Team Leader
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a general list; other duties may be assigned as required.
Build and configure the MINDBODY software in support of the ?Jump Start and Fresh Start? programs
Provide a high level of project management support with primary duties focused on software implementation and configuration in an enterprise setting. Associate PAC?s will be mentored by Senior PAC?s, with whom you will help support MINDBODY premium accounts.
Responsible for gathering business requirements, managing the project timeline and ensuring proper communication to clients. Communication examples include but are not limited to:
Software Development Announcements ? Understanding how new software functionality affects premium account clients and properly alerting them to the upcoming changes.
Ongoing Software Improvements ? Communicating the status of a requested feature set or refinement on existing logic.
Account Management ? Status updates, detail break down of billable hours or overages.
Project Management ? Clear communication and tracking of project tasks in relation to over project timeline.
Facilitate the process of converting from competitor software and/or other data sets for Premium Accounts.
Devise solutions and communications that makes MINDBODY clients dance with appreciation
Communicate any necessary information to Customer Service regarding training and ongoing support for Premium Accounts outside the scope of premium services.
Create and manage Template sites for multi-location/franchise accounts to be used by Logistics in the creation of new sites (if applicable).

Complete a comprehensive training period (approx. 90 days) which will consist of the following tracks:
MINDBODY Software Training to certify as Technical Support Specialist.
Transition to working and mentoring with members of the Premium Services team
Begin building and configuring the software for new clients
Other Qualifications: The selected individual will also be required to pass an Associate certification before additional responsibilities and minimal supervision is extended. Candidates must have a proven track record of consistently providing excellent customer service.
Post training, failure to complete the training and certification requirements above may result in termination of employment or job reassignment.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor?s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; Professional experience may be substituted for an academic degree.
At least 1 year of related customer service or technical support experience; or equivalent combination of sales/education/account management experience.
Ability to communicate with ?C? level professionals, management teams, and operational support teams.
Ability to effectively present information (oral and written) and respond to questions in group and one-on-one consultative settings.
Ability to build successful business relationships.
Ability to diffuse even high tension situations effectively.
Knowledge of CRM/Business Software/Accounting Software in the capacity of a user, support, administrator or sales, preferably in a web delivery environment.
Understanding of Relational Databases
Familiar with web and mobile technologies (HTML, ASP.net, JQuery, Ajax, MS SQL Server, Client Side vs. Server Side, HTML 5)
Proficiency with hardware installation and settings.
Familiar with basic functions and features within Microsoft Word, and Excel, Access, and Project
Ability to create and manage a Gantt Chart with various tools (Excel, MS Project, or Web Based Project Management Tool)
Familiar with Google Documents features.
Typing: 40-60 WPM.
