Job Description
This is an opportunity for a talented college graduate who is interested in a uniquie entry level opportunity as a product consultant within our sales organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and creative writing skills to tell our story to prospective clients. The Product Consultant position works with our Sales organization to both respond effectively and accurately to client queries, and also builds winning proposals that match Peoplefluent?s industry leading solutions to the business needs of prospective clients. Additionally, this position provides opportunities to help generate other important sales enablement materials including the core demonstration environments that help articulate Peoplefluent?s unique value proposition in the market.
Job Responsibilities
? Responsible for producing responses to Requests For Proposals (RFPs) / or Information (RFI) for Peoplefluent solutions
? Deliver responses in a timely and accurate manner
? Responsible for coordinating and working with members of the extended Peoplefluent organization to research and confirm best answers to select questions.
? Ability to create and maintain relationships within product management, sales and services to ensure complete and compliant responses that are consistent with what Peoplefluent offers.
? Assist in maintaining RFP language and branding of templates. Ensure existing answers are current and provide newly crafted answers.
? Support creation of a knowledgebase of frequently used responses to deliver consistent, accurate and efficient communications.
? Ability to help create process documentation and in facilitating the streamlining of processes through creating more efficient methods of gathering, sorting and accessing data.
? Support creation of other sales enablement tools, including core product demonstration environments.
? Perform, as required, web presentations to prospective clients and existing customers to highlight key features of the solution.
Job Requirements
? The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable in writing, editing and finalizing writing projects in a deadline driven environment. The Product Consultant will assess, qualify and prioritize requests for proposals submitted by employers for response by Peoplefluent. Consultants work with Product Management and Product Marketing teams to enhance and refine answers and to research new answers as needed. This opportunity is an excellent one for professionals who enjoy creative business writing. Product Consultants will work extensively with Sales professionals to ensure on-time delivery of on-target responses in the context of a consultative sales culture. Product Consultants will also assist in the creation of other sales enablement tools, including helping to create demonstration scripts, demonstration environments and client sandbox requirements. There are opportunities to present our capabilities to customers through web demonstrations.
? Past experience in a proposal writing or comparable communications position is desirable. Experience in a talent management disciplines is also valuable, including: recruiting and onboarding; performance management; succession management and development; compensation planning, including salary, incentive and stock; contingent workforce and vendor management; employee communications; workforce compliance and diversity initiatives.
? At least some intern or similar experience in marketing, proposal writing or a comparable deadline-driven communications environment.
? Proven ability to apply judgment, creativity, and writing skills in developing and editing customized responses.
? Detail-oriented person who places a high priority on accuracy.
? Demonstrated experience working in an environment with multiple tasks and strict deadlines.
? Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
