As Associate Product Manager, Digital Audience Platform for the I-Behavior participate in evaluating, articulating and directing
the future development of I-Behavior?s Zipline audience profiling and distribution platform. In addition, you will coordinate the
front-end of the Digital Audience on-boarding process by coordinating and fully supporting the client digital asset onboarding
process by reviewing the client?s data, coordinating new client setup, importing and retrieving data files, prepping all data for
audience creation, defining high-value digital audiences and troubleshooting data transmissions, among other daily activities.
Internally, this position plays a major role in I-Behavior?s online data strategy and Zipline product direction. Externally, this
position is the client?s first contact beyond the Sales team; therefore you must maintain a professional attitude all the time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? Solicit and collect internal and external end-user feedback regarding the functionality associated with the Zipline
? Work with other individuals across the organization to develop a prioritized list of functionality for development
? Articulate, by way of clearly and concisely-written product requirements documents, descriptions of functionality to be
developed in future version releases of the Zipline platform.
? Engage with the Development team to integration prioritized functionality into the Zipline development and release
? Work with Marketing to describe all new audiences created on the Zipline platform.
? Work with Marketing to articulate new Zipline functionality that should be promoted to current customers, prospects,
partners and the general public.
? Communicate across the organization information regarding the release of new audiences and Zipline functionality.
? Assist in making Zipline platform pricing recommendations.
? Identify and define digital audiences using client data.
? Work with the data, online development, marketing and sales teams to assure proper onboarding of offline data to
? Establish audience naming conventions and descriptions Provide instruction, support and troubleshooting assistance
to end-client users of Zipline.
? Ensure receipt of accurate data from data-providing clients.
? Contact clients to coordinate file shipments for audience data and work through audience naming, to broadcasting
? Resolve related issues during the entire audience creation process in a professional manner.
? Liase between clients and the technical team for contingencies and ad hoc requests.
? Coordiate the approval of audience distribution to broadcasting partners
? Maintain competitive audience distribution list and work with Sales and partners to maximize revenues.
? Review data-contributing clients? privacy policies to ensure adequacy for use of data in digital audience creation.
? Familiarity with digital advertising practices and audience targeting
? Preferred 1 to 3 years background in marketing communications, product marketing, product management and/or
? Experience with responding within published SLAs
? Ability to work in highly dynamic changing environment
? Technically adept
? Have excellent interpersonal, communications, and customer service skills
? Strong Excel skills
? PC proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
? Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and changing priorities
? Ability to manage time to meet deadlines
? Receive work direction from multiple people
? Detail oriented relating to data entry, problem solving, and information/process analysis
