Associate Product Manager Caring.com

The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for the planning, creation and delivery of Caring.com products that attract and engage users. This includes gathering and prioritizing product requirements, refining the product vision, and working closely with a cross functional team to deliver new and enhanced products in a timely manner.
Responsibilities

Develop new product features to improve the user experience on the site.
Perform customer research to inform product decisions.
Identify product and feature priorities to successfully meet the goals of the business.
Translate the product vision into comprehensive product requirements.
Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Collaborate with teams including Engineering, Editorial, and Design.
Track the success of your products.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Marketing or Engineering from top tier school
Ability to distill highly complex issues into easy to understand requirements.
Results driven with an ability to initiate and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven interpersonal skills with an ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Maintains composure in the face of ambiguity and change.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Passion or experience in the eldercare space a plus.
