Associate Product Manager Outspark
Responsibilities and Expected Results :- The APM is responsible for launch and all aspects of launch and live game operation of an assigned Outspark title including : Analysis and game recommendations to improve Outspark published MMOs in the North American and EMEA markets
- Developer relations: The APM role functions as an integral support mechanism for the developer during the development and launch and maintenance of the product
- Implementation of an Outspark titles in-game economy through pricing and administrative tools
- Organization and implementation of in-game event programming
- Coordination and responsibility for offline promotion of in-game activities including social networking and guerilla media outlets
- Coordination and supervision of Game Masters
- Coordination and analysis of feedback from the user community to suggest improvements to the in-game experience as well as managing user expectations
Requirements :
- 3+ years game production, marketing and operation experience including : Game production, development or publishing experience (MMOs or online game titles preferred)
- Project Management (Development tracking experience) of large scale projects a plus
- Working with external game development (Working with foreign development resources a plus)
- Familiarity or prior experience with the QA process
- Experience in a live service environment including service programming, and customer management
- Foreign Languages (Chinese, Korean, Japanese) a plus.
