Associate Product Manager M2S, Inc.
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Associate Product Manager will have a thorough understanding of M2S? products and will use that understanding to constantly work to produce maximum sales, growth and profitability. Responsibilities will include working with the technology team in ensuring that development projects progress steadily and contain the features necessary to satisfy internal and customer requirements while working to deliver the project on time.
Serve as the product expert, and work collaboratively with internal teams to prioritize and schedule product improvements to address quality, compliance, and customer requirements.
Work cross-functionally to provide product knowledge and information to internal teams.
Generate and evaluate new product ideas, and analyze customer feedback for product improvements.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
Create feature specifications, track project milestones and deliverables, and work to deliver the projects on time.
Enumerate development cycle features, organize new feature requests, and assist in new project and feature analysis.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks/impediments, and devise contingency plans.
Assess and evaluate software vendors for development projects or potential partnership.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the M2S technology team and the rest of the company.
Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field preferred or relevant experience.
Working knowledge of databases, Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, etc.
Experience with web-based application requirements gathering
Experience writing technical specifications
Independent and motivated with the ability to take on multiple projects at one time.
Strong initiative and enthusiasm for driving success(es)
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in a regulated environment (HIPAA, ISO, 21 CFR Part 11, etc).
Experience with medical device software applications.
Experience in Agile/Scrum and TDD software development lifecycle
Experience with direct user interaction
Experience with cloud-based and desktop application software development lifecycle
