As an Associate Production Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the processing and modeling of client data and preparing it to be targeted online. You will interface with Account Management, Network Operations and technical staff to provide data in accurate and timely manner. The ideal candidate will be energized by change and challenge and thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and be able to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns in a cross functional role.
Specifically, you will:
Manage and execute day to day production of online digital campaigns ensuring quality objectives are met.
Pull data from various sources and utilize multiple proprietary modeling technologies to enhance targeting efforts.
Serve as a technical subject matter expert for modeled campaign segments for both internal and external customers.
Assist in troubleshooting technical and data related aspects of campaign related issues.
Actively participate in and contribute to ongoing development efforts to shape operational processes.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience working with large data files
Microsoft Excel competency
QA / QC experience (desirable)
Experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Comfortable in a multi-tasking environment
Manage multiple simultaneous projects with differing timetables and client expectations
Grace under pressure in deadline-driven environment
College degree or comparable experience
