Position Responsibility:As part of the Product Development Department of a fast growing RF Semiconductor Company, the Associate Program Manager will support program management?s product development activities. Under the guidance of a Program Manager, the Associate Program Manager manages cross-functional teams from new product concept through to execution of these plans to achieve new product introduction. Team composition includes Marketing, Sales, Design, Product Development Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Test, Quality, Supply Chain, Research and others.
Peregrine Associate Program Managers communicate roles, responsibilities and commitments of team members necessary for successful product development. Associate Program managers measure and evaluate development performance for continuous process improvement, while managing top quality completion of all program gates, on schedule.
Roles & Responsibilities will include:
Coordinate product team inputs to develop a comprehensive development plan
Create product development milestone schedules, drive, track and assist in creating recovery plans
Attend weekly cross functional team meetings driving product development schedules and report on status and variances to plan
Manage engineering material and ensure it is advanced appropriately
Experience, Skills and Education Required
Associates degree, or relevant work experience
Exceptional communication and organization skills
Experience working with a variety of business management tools (e.g., Oracle, Sharepoint, MS Project, Excel)
Ability to drive change and create rapid, measurable improvements
Sense of urgency to meet customer requirements on schedule
