THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Jive Software is looking for an Asscociate Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. The Associate Project Manager will support Jive Project Managers in the management of implementations of Jive Software?s award winning platform. The Associate Project Manager will also be expected to independently manage small projects.
This position requires strong customer interaction skills and a strong desire to learn the practice of project management. The successful candidate will be a natural and proactive leader, while maintaining the highest quality of delivery and attention to detail. This position represents an exciting opportunity to work with a wide array of the latest web technologies, as well as some of the best known global companies.
Support Jive Project Managers: Assist Jive Project Managers by coordinating project activities such as: Coordinating customer and internal meetings, preparing for project status meetings and managing project invoicing and resourcing.
Project Management: Manage small projects and take over existing projects from Jive PM's. Develop project plans, assign and manage employee tasks, timelines and budgets. Track issues and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Customer Interaction and Communication: Interact directly with clients to understand their specific needs, make appropriate recommendations and provide status updates.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated abilities for clear, honest communication in client interactions.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing competing priorities.
Ability to quickly grasp customer requirements.
Working knowledge of web-based technologies.
