Associate Project Manager EPAM Systems

We are currently seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Philadelphia area team of professionals. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with successful delivery of multiple projects and possibly multiple clients by managing smaller-scale project tasks independently and/or supporting a designated lead Project Manager. Other key duties include allocating project resources, maintaining project plans, assisting with the tracking of project financials, and helping manage client expectations as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree is required;
At least one (1) year of professional work experience;
Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks and small-scaled projects within deadlines and constraints;
Working knowledge of MS Office;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients;
Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail, including personal time management and organizational skills as well as the ability to extend such practices across a team;
Enthusiasm for the internet and interactive marketing;
Understanding of MS Office Professional Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
Responsibilities:
Work with a designated lead Project Manager to manage projects, assist in leveraging sound project management practices, while being flexible enough to achieve aggressive project delivery goals and objectives;
Independent management and ownership of small to mid-scale projects;
Manage project scope, time, budget, change, resources, communication and risk on projects;
Work with discipline leads to communicate resource needs, project milestones, deliverables and risks on a regular basis;
Achieve on-budget and on-time delivery standards across the practice;
Maintain or assist in the maintenance of MS Project schedules on your projects;
Support the monitoring of financial responsibilities across projects, including reviewing hours and tracking costs;
Schedule projects to meet resource availability and coordinate resources to meet project requirements;
Provide administrative support as needed;
Proactively review processes and recommend changes and process improvements where justifiable;
Perform other duties as assigned.
