Overview:
iCrossing is looking for an Associate Project Manager for their New York office.
The Associate Project Manager helps to manage an account and is responsible for helping the team achieve the clients? objectives. They handle day-to-day client and internal team communications and assists with producing client deliverables. The Associate Project Manager supports senior Project Management team resources on large projects or manages small-scale projects.
Responsibilities:
Helps manage day-to-day client and internal project team communications; provides a high level of service to clients and internal departments to ensure effective dissemination of information
Supports members of the Project Management team to develop project plans and timelines
Supports Account Director on account deliverables, including account plans, project briefs, proposals and presentations
Helps cross-disciplinary internal team track and prioritize client requests; reports status to senior-level team members
Sets up and coordinate internal and client meetings and conference calls; develops agendas; writes and distributes meeting notes
Reviews and reports on hours burned by team members on projects
Develops expertise in online marketing and proprietary technology solutions; helps identify solutions relevant for clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an interactive marketing agency environment
Nice to have but not a requirement, familiarity with SEO and SEM
Experience supporting web site development process.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft Project is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Unswerving attention to detail
Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple simultaneous tasks and projects
