About the Job
We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the Business Management team of our Demand Management group in our Madison, Wisconsin office.
Duties and Responsibilities
Direct professional staff members in the execution of client projects
Quantify needs and secure project?specific staffing needs and related resource requirements from cross?functional resources, or by hiring as appropriate
Effectively collaborate with specific client contacts in the delivery of project?specific work
Manage day to day aspects of projects including quality of work product, contract adherence, client communications, budget, schedule, and directing staff
Maintain quality control of all deliverable products demonstrating technical excellence, objectivity, and clarity while maintaining project schedules
Facilitate cross?functional engagement of staff and resources to effectively implement projects
Adhere to budgets, revenue targets, and profitability in alignment with established, project?specific goals
Provide accurate monthly, quarterly and annual project forecasts and reports
Support marketing opportunities and efforts to secure new business opportunities for the Company
Other duties as directed
Bachelor?s degree in relevant field, or overall experience that is equivalent to degree plus experience noted above
Minimum 1-2 years of Project Management or Project Administration experience within the energy efficiency or building efficiency industry, or 2 years of experience within directly relevant field
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent writing, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Proven time management ability. Able to meet deadlines and anticipate difficulty in meeting deadlines
