Associate Project Manager Quantum Secure

Position Description:The candidate will be responsible for creating high quality software project documentation while collaborating with Project Manager, Engineering, and Customers. S/he should be able to participate, coordinate, prepare and deliver project documentation for SAFE. Key responsibilities will include:
Building Business Requirement Specifications, Deployment checklists, test cases matrix, documents etc.
Train end users on system functionality and support the users and the system throughout the duration of the deployment
Test and verify that deliverables meet the requirements and user experience expectations
Submits and review project documentation required for each phase of project with PMs for approval, and transmits approved documents to engineering and customer.
Should be able to juggle (self schedule and maintain) with status of multiple (typically 3-4 ) projects and ensures that projects documentation is submitted according to schedule.
Reviews and verifies project documents for completeness, format, and compliance with customer requirements.
Confers with solution engineers, PMs, customers, and other team members to discuss projects, then prepare, modify or update documents before delivery, accordingly.
Should be a self starter, fast learner and curious by nature.
Education and Experience:
BCA/BS with 3+ years of working experience with enterprise software/IT services background.
Good knowledge of .Net, VBScript, SQL, XML, MS Office suite, Visio and SharePoint (basic).
Excellent basic knowledge of enterprise software development life cycle including SQA.
Basic knowledge of enterprise systems, policies, user objects and properties, UI workflows etc.
Disciplined personality with excellent verbal, written and creative documentation skills.
Excellent knowledge of enterprise information technology (software and hardware) glossary including web based applications concepts, Data Mappings
