Associate Project Manager Alacra

Reporting to the VP of Project Management, this role is responsible for delivering projects for individual clients and content partners.
Work with Alacra sales, clients, and content partners to document business requirements, create project specifications and develop statements of work.
Deliver pre-sales support attending prospect meetings with sales.
Create project plans and coordinating with Alacra's development team to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
Facilitate regular communication during the project
Ensure the relevant Alacra sales team, development and management are kept informed as to the progress and issues associated with the project.
Organize project status meetings, including ensuring that minutes will be taken
Prepare Project Status Reports and Project Change Requests
Ensure project meets requirements and objectives within set time frames
Coordinate software releases into production and create support documentation for customer service
Analyze any bugs or data issues with existing client applications that customer service are unable to resolve. Escalate issues to appropriate internal groups to resolve the problem.
Work across both US and UK time zones.
The position would suit an individual who has project management experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and likes working in a client facing environment.
Graduate or project management qualified
2-4 years 'hands on' project management experience within a technical or software environment
Has demonstrated experience with end to end project cycle from gathering business requirements through quality assurance.
Possesses experience of production of project documentation.
Has worked in an environment where they have had to interface directly with external clients.
Knowledge of financial and/or business information is required
Possesses an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of the regulatory compliance, risk and reference data market would be an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good attention to detail
Comfortable dealing with clients
Able to negotiate with internal stakeholders
Ability to think strategically whilst operating tactically
Effective under pressure
