Associate Project Manager DriveCam

The Associate Project Manager will work closely with key stakeholders in the New Ventures organization to consolidate and coordinate activities related to ongoing strategic initiatives. The APM will be responsible for project planning, data management and maintaining timelines and budget for projects within the department.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Work closely with all levels of the New Venture department as well as other internal stakeholders to drive successful completion of departmental objectives
Organize, develop, maintain and distribute the following with input from the project team members:
Project and team objectives, milestones, schedules, action item list
Working group lists
Organize and maintain internal SharePoint documents for the team specified to ensure that project information is logically organized and easily retrievable.
Monitor progress, review, and follow-up as necessary to ensure the completeness and quality of the records
Generate effective reports that provide management with clear and concise status of project tasks
Provide support and assistance in special departmental projects requiring advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and project management software. This includes formatting reports, management presentations and technical documents in support of project execution
Effectively communicate project progress to all levels of New Venture organization as well as involved stakeholders via reports, collaboration tools and real-time feedback
2-5 Years relevant professional experience
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously is a must
Ability to maintain healthy working relationships with various stakeholders
Strong knowledge of Excel, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor degree preferred, MBA highly desired
