About the Scrum TeamsGSN currently has four active Scrum teams, working to build interactive game experiences on web, mobile, and social platforms. The Program Management team aims to help each group achieve their full potential as the landscape of our business continues to get more complex and demanding.
About the Job
As an Associate Project Manager, you will be the acting Scrum Master for a subset of our teams. You will be working closely with the Product Owners of each group to ensure that the team is delivering on the expectations of the business, and that teams are using the best practices of Scrum and Agile development, as often as possible. You will be a constant presence for your teams, focused on what drives them towards success, and what challenges them meeting their objectives. You will use this information to collaborate amongst other Scrum Masters to ensure that our teams are moving in the right directions, together.
About You
You are deeply passionate about what makes people ?tick,? and how you can help optimize a team?s performance.
You are familiar with the Scrum process and with Agile methodologies, and believe that collaborative implementations truly get the most out of a cross-functional team.
You are an excellent communicator, and believe that communication is at the root of most organizational success.
You put others at ease by forging meaningful relationships with those around you, and you have an infectious ?get it done? mentality.
You are incredibly energetic and positive, and your pride yourself on your ability to bring structure to a fast-paced digital environment.
