Job Duties:
Essential -
When assisting or covering for a recruiter or NBD:
? Sell existing & new candidates on giving referrals on the job side as well as the tech side of the business.
? Sell jobs to candidates they may not originally be interested in.
? Qualify new candidates, sell them on the company & persuade them to apply with us.
? Submit candidates to jobs.
? Negotiate deals and confirm the candidates for jobs.
? Maintain phone call goal on a daily basis per dept. standard.
? Maintain phone time goal on a daily basis per dept. standard.
? Maintain follow up logs on a daily basis per dept. standard.
? Maintain candidate Hot List on a daily basis and weekly basis per dept. standards.
? Follow all dept./company policies and procedures.
? Other duties as assigned by Management or Recruiters you are working for.
Non-essential -
? Call on queries each week for all Hot Jobs that Consultants need submissions for.
? Type & maintain candidates? resumes to assure they are ready to present to clients we are submitting them to.
Requirements:
Skills:
Essential -
? Strong sales skills.
? Excellent customer services skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
? Effective negotiation skills.
? Professional level written and oral communication skills.
? Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills.
? Accurately manipulate information utilizing a large-scale database system.
Experience & Education:
Essential-
? Minimum of one-year experience in the direct sales of products or services.
Non-essential -
? College level education.
? Experience in the health care industry.
? Experience in the sale of professional services.
Abilities:
Essential -
? Communicate & understand professional level service needs, traveler credentials and client practices.
? Persuade and influence verbally and in writing.
? Manage time effectively and achieve work goals independently.
