Summary
The Associate Recruiter will be trained on all aspects of the sales process including: prospecting, getting through gatekeepers, lead qualification, negotiations, overcoming objections and closing. An LTR/PR is partnered with the Associate Recruiter as a mentor and together the partnership objective is to build (through prospecting & scheduling new recruits) & maintain (customer service/support of active providers) an active pool of business. Adheres to company mission and values.
Job Duties
?Web leads; all leads, including delegated resident leads, should be called and emailed within 24 hours. Call all leads in LTR/PR absence
?3 calls and 2 emails should be attempted to reach a lead within 3 business days
?Coordinate with LTR/PR to implement resident follow-up plan. Send e-cards/e-blasts and call resident pool as directed in plan
?Participate in monthly resident call blitz?s
?Assist LTR/PR in creating and sending bi-weekly job as well as reviewing and re-statusing resident pool at the end of each season
?Screen physician using the Responsive Recruiting Form (RRF)
?Update all appropriate MatchMaker screens, enter notes and set follow-ups
?Assist LTR/PR in sending bulk mailers or individual job emails to recruiter?s pool and CHP
?Work job lists by coordinating efforts with LTR/PR (including calling through CHP lists)
?In the absence of the LTR/PR, submit presentations for active pool according to the published guidelines
?Present providers (new physicians) with direction from LTR/PR as needed
?Follow-up on open presentations and extensions in absence of LTR/PR or as needed
?The Associate Recruiter will handle travel and housing details as well as all travel and housing issues
?In absence of LTR/PR, make all set/last minute detail calls
?Assist LTR/PR?s with following up on assignment extensions
?The Associate Recruiter will handle all payroll/reimbursement/accounting issues
?Assist LTR/PR in obtaining minimum of 2 verbal references on the team (1 verbal will be obtained by MSS)
?Enter and track licensing requests
?The Associate Recruiter will have goals and incentives that are tied to LTR/PR production goals, as well as individual goals. Achievement of individual goals is the responsibility of the Associate Recruiter
Requirements
Essential
?The Associate Recruiter will have solid working knowledge of the administrative processes as well as our sales processes
?Computer skills and a basic understanding of database programs
?Creative and skilled in all forms of electronic and web based communication tools, including social networking sites, job boards and blogs.
?Persuasive, professional and influential verbal and written communication skills
?40 wpm type speed
?Effective negotiation skills
Experience & Education:
Essential
?Healthcare staffing experience
?Sales experience
?Customer service experience
?Administrative experience
?Some college coursework preferred
Abilities:
Essential
?Effectively communicate and work in a team environment
?Communicate and understand professional level service needs, physician credentials and client practices
?Must have the ability to be strategic, credible, clear and organized
