Responsibilities
Source, recruit and hire top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization
Partner with hiring managers and guide them through the hiring process
Evaluate the skill level and overall fit of applicants against hiring managers needs through resume screening, phone interviews and in person interview
Maintain communication with and provide excellent customer service to candidates as they go through the EdgeCast hiring process
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help source qualified and diverse candidates
Plan and execute recruiting events such as career fairs, informational sessions, open-houses, etc.
Help coordinate the interview process with hiring manager and candidates to ensure a smooth process
Prepare reports and other recruiting metrics
Propose and assist with the implementation of improvements to talent acquisition processes
Requirements
A college degree of some kind or equivalent experience
1 - 2 years? experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment as a recruiter, sourcer or coordinator
Strong communication and people skills
Broad research ability and thorough understand of all things internet
Professionalism, tenacity and spunk
Tech expertise a plus
Excel experience a big help
