POSITION: Associate Regional Consultant (financial services)
LOCATION: Denver, CO or Chicago, IL
The Associate Regional Consultant will primarily act as inside sales support for Envestnet advisors utilizing our advisor directed modeling and trading technologies. The Consultant will not only become an expert on these tools, but will work with our financial advisors to effectively utilizing these tools and streamline their business. In addition to working with the advisor on their APM business, the consultant with be responsible for identifying cross-selling opportunities for SMA, UMA and PMC product lines. The Practice Consultant, AMP will work side-by-side with the Envestnet Regional Sales team to identify existing clients as well as prospect advisors that need assistance with their advisor directed models/accounts. The position will also require some travel to visit on site with financial advisors.

?Deep understanding of advisor directed model portfolios and trading technology
?Ability to understand and promote what we effectively call the ?One to Many? advisor-directed modeling approach
?Effectively train advisors over the phone and through WebEx demonstrations
?Along with support from regional sales teams, ability to effectively analyze an advisors book of business, and determine best practices for using Envestnet technology to support it
?Travel when necessary to help train and educate our advisor base
?Participate in Sales Calls and Sales meetings, and be able to provide positive input and feedback on how sales can be increased through rep directed dollars
?Help identify possible future technology enhancements that our advisors are looking for
?3-5 years of experience; prior experience in inside wholesaling, advisor servicing, dealer sales, or brokerage necessary
?Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) preferred.
?Proven expertise of the investment advisory business and related topics
