The Associate Sales Consultant is responsible for presenting Guidewire's applications and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers to evoke confidence in Guidewire's technology. This position will support the Inside Sales team in creating new business and pipeline. An understanding of the business needs in the Property and Casualty industry is a plus. In addition to understanding the key requirements the Associate Sales Consultant must be able to demonstrate the functional and technical capabilities of Guidewire's applications. Candidates must be able to manage a heavy workload.
Key activities for the Associate Sales Consultant include:
- Answering detailed RFI and RFP's
- Creating and maintaining core demonstration content and maintaining scripts
- Providing input to core knowledge base (sample answers, FAQs, customer stories)
- Representing Guidewire at trade shows and industry events.
Desired skills/experience:
- 2+ years' experience with property and casualty insurance with proven expertise in the area of Claims, Policy and/or Billing
- Strong understanding of enterprise software and technology
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude
- Dynamic personality and engaging presenter
