Associate Sales CognoLink
Location: New York
This is an integral role for our ever-growing sales team that will see you take responsibility for generating new leads, assisting in the management of monthly pipelines and attending client meetings. As Associate your primary focus will be prequalifying leads with hedge funds, mutual funds and private equity firms on behalf of our dedicated sales team.
Whilst this role will throw up new challenges on a daily basis, general responsibilities include;
Marketing conference calls, surveys and other events to prospective clients.
Meeting with prospective clients together with other members of the sales team to present our service offerings.
Helping MD manage and update US pipeline on a monthly basis.
Working with senior members of the sales team to generate and develop new leads.
Previous experience working in financial sales or a client facing function to hedge funds and private equity firms.
Solid understanding of financial markets and alternative investments.
Ability to generate leads and follow up effectively combined with excellent networking skills.
Strong presentations skills and ability to articulate key message and value proposition.
A positive and confident attitude combined with excellent time management skills and an ability to connect with diverse range of clients.
