Associate Scientist - DMPK EnVivo Pharmaceuticals

Job Objectives and Tasks:

Design, perform and coordinate in-life preclinical pharmacokinetic studies; analyze, interpret and communicate the results.
Serve as the liaison to project teams; identify critical DMPK issues and advise project teams in compound optimization and candidate selection.
Work closely with Pharmacology to understand different PD models and support PK/PD, efficacy and biomarker studies.

Minimum Requirements:

A Masters degree with 3-5 years experience in Pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical sciences or related disciplines.
In-depth training in the area of pharmacokinetics, including, but not limited to, mechanistic PK-PD modeling, drug metabolism and drug transporter concepts and assays, enzyme, kinetics, etc.
Hands-on experience WinNonlin pharmacokinetic software.
Willingness to perform bench work.
Strong work ethics, good interpersonal skills and oral/written skills.

Desired Experience:

Working knowledge with SAAM II, GastraPlus, or other related pharmacokinetic software.
Knowledge of programming.
