We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Custom Antibody Group as an Associate Scientist/Scientist. The individual will be responsible for screening and characterization of antibodies for customer projects in therapeutic and diagnostic areas. Under supervision of senior staffs, the individual will be involved in design, execution and documentation of experiments to drive the projects to major milestones and successful completion.Job Qualifications
A MS degree (3-5 year experience) or Ph.D. (0-2 year experience) in life sciences with hands-on experience in antibody screening, characterization and assay development. The candidate must possess laboratory skills in immunological, biochemical and cell based assays, flow cytometry, IHC and molecular biology. A solid scientific training and knowledge in antibody drug discovery and development is essential. Working experience in an industry setting, and ability to research and assimilate scientific information is a plus. The candidate is expected to be highly motivated with a strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks following defined timeline. This individual must be able to establish strong working relationships within the company, and with collaborators and customers.
