Associate, SEM Client Services Adchemy

The SEM Associate role is a key position responsible for driving the analysis and optimization for client implementations which aim at demonstrating the value of our technology and approach for a collection of high-profile Internet 100 companies. This role requires the ability to think and prioritize strategically, analyze large sets of data, and multi-task across a wide array of responsibilities.

Specific responsibilities include:

Launch and manage search engine marketing campaigns leveraging Adchemys proprietary WordMap technology
Analyze performance of SEM campaigns, propose and execute optimizations enabled by Adchemys technology (keyword expansion; ad copy optimization, ad grouping methodologies, testing, analysis) leading to campaign success
Execute research exercises for specific verticals or client competitors
Stay informed on best practices and new features in the Search Engine tools

Note that this is an extremely hands on position requiring daily analysis in Excel, our internal Business Intelligence system, Google & Bing UI, Google AdWords Editor and Bing AdCenter Editor.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in a marketing or quantitative discipline, experience in a hands-on direct online marketing or SEM role is a bonus, but not required
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
Exceptional Excel skills, proficiency with Powerpoint and Word
Excellent communication skills & an interest in working with multidisciplinary teams.
Self-directed, proactive and a strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task while staying focused on details.
