Our Associate Services Account Specialist serves as the entry point to services both for Jive?s sales team and for our customers. The coordinator will work to understand each customer?s unique situation in order to identify and position the optimal mix of services.Responsibilities:
Track prospects and proactively reach out to the sales account manager to ensure the right services are being positioned and sold
Explain the Jive services model to customers
Gather information about the customer
Recommend solutions to customers
Coordinate calls and meetings with subject matter experts in the services organization
Coordinate technical estimates and author proposals
Draft contractual documents and manage the review and signature process
Requirements:
Previous work experience with a record of exceeding targets
Professional and effective presentation skills
Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills
High motivation and the ability to thrive in a flexible and independent work environment
Demonstrated ability to learn new technology and process
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
A college degree
