As an Associate Services Engineer you will be trained on our product and process. Quickly learning these areas, you will have the opportunity to join either our Professional Services (PS) Team or World Wide Support Services (WWSS) Team.
Within PS you will:
Perform remote customization, installation, and integration of the solution.
Provide consulting to customers during testing, evaluation, pilot, production and training phases to ensure a successful deployment.
Within WWSS you will:
Work as single point of customer contact for technical and support issues, facilitating cross-functional solutions to issues.
Deliver post-sales support and solutions to the customer base.
Either path provides the opportunity for growth into a variety of roles including: Consultant, Support Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Trainer, Architect, Developer, or Sales Engineer.
