JOB POSITION: Associate Software Engineer

JOB LOCATION: St. Paul, MN

JOB SUMMARY: As a member of the global development team, the Associate Software Engineer will be responsible for performing design and development tasks for our next generation ERP products. Works with other developers, QA and support team members to ensure program and quality standard are met.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Construct code based on software design
• Create technical design documents and configuration documents as needed for successful product implementation
• Create and maintain coding standards and guidelines
• Provide internal support for products
• Provide assistance with testing and problem resolution as required
• Works effectively with developers, QA and support staff.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Four year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics

Required Skills:

• Worked with HTML/CSS (HTML5 and CSS3 would be a bonus) during your education
• Worked with JavaScript/JSON/jQuery at some point during your education
• Desire to learn and the ability to quickly grasp and master new technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

preferred skills & KNOWLEDGE:

• Knowledge of Java programming is considered a plus
• Usage of Eclipse IDE is considered a plus
• Understanding of version control tool, unit testing, web technologies and networking technologies considered a plus.
