Associate Software Engineer â€" Trainee (Green Bean)

SUMMARY:

The Software Engineer's primary responsibilities include implementation and maintenance of Localization Brazil for Baan / LN products and related products like MyDay and BIRT.

RESPONSABILITIES:

Performs product implementation, and maintenance Localization Brazil for Baan / LN Products. Prepare technical documentation. Conduct unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits. Interacts with Baan / LN support team. Reports to Software Development Manager.

REQUIRED Skills:

Experience in developing complex, scalable, multi-user business applications.

Experience using LN TOOLS programming environments

SQL knowledge.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of sound, test driven development practices.

Ability to work independently

Self Motivated

Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships.

Good problem solving and analytic skills.

Good writing and editing skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Proactive

Basic user of Microsoft Office applications with accurate typing ability.

English and Portuguese fluent

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Recent college graduates who are high achievers with a drive to succeed.

4yr College Degree: BS / MS in Computer Science

1-2 years of experience in writing and testing UNIX / Windows environment
