Associate Technical Consultant - SunSystems

SUMMARY:

This position is an integral part of the Consulting Services team providing first class product, consulting services, and business process knowledge to our Financial Solution customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Installing Infor SunSystems products

· Applying upgrades to Infor SunSystems products

· Performing maintenance on Infor SunSystems products

· Perform system administration and database tasks related to Infor SunSystems products

· Provide recommendations and quotes to customers on Technical Consulting services

· Provide services for development of reporting requirements within SunSystems products

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· Recent college graduate with 4 year degree in Management Information Systems, preferred

· Financial Solutions and/or Accounting background a plus

Required Skills:

· Excellent communication skills necessary to produce customer facing documentation on processes

· Ability to explain technology to non-technical customers

· Windows Server knowledge and system administration skills

· Microsoft SQL Server knowledge and system administration skills (including associated reporting tools)

· Database administration experience

· Microsoft Office Skills
