Associate Technical Data Analyst CaseCentral
Position SummaryThe Associate Data Analyst is responsible for executing backend scripts and tools to support CaseCentral's Electronic Discovery and Online Review products.
Responsibilities
Ensure day-to-day operational processes run smoothly
Perform Chain of Custody duties (Data Intake, logging and tracking media)
Execute SQL scripts in Oracle to perform extraction, translation, and loading (ETL) of client data
Generate and review non-standard reports and perform data exports
Interface with the Professional Services Group and Data Operations team, ensure client requirements are met on time and with a high degree of accuracy
Perform quality control checks against all incoming and outgoing data
Troubleshoot and escalate data issues
Provide after-hours support for urgent client data issues as needed
Education, Experience and Key Competencies
Bachelor?s Degree or Relevant Experience
Working knowledge of MSQL/ORACLE
Experience using Unix/Linux command line interface
1-2 years of similar experience is preferred
Experience with Legal Industry tools, such as LAW, IPRO, Concordance, and Summation a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented production environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
Must be detail oriented
