JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for producing top-quality written documentation for the Mongoose development framework. Work with the Mongoose team to edit and enhance existing Mongoose documentation. Produce both online and print-oriented software documentation, as well as computer-based training materials.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Learn the Mongoose framework

· Work with the Mongoose development organization to produce context-sensitive online help and print-oriented documentation for new enhancements, based on the development design specifications

· Edit and enhance existing documentation

· Design and produce computer-based tutorials used for training purposes

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor's level degree in English or related area

· Two years or more in documenting software

Required Skills:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to understand software, and produce clear documentation of software functionality, using requirements documents from developers

preferred skills & KNOWLEDGE:

· Some experience with software development

· Familiarity with video production
