The Associate Vice President ? Sales and CRM?s role is to
? Provide leading-edge healthcare management consulting at the strategic level of our
clients? organizations (CXO level)Associate Vice President ? Sales & Client Relationship Management
? Generate new opportunities, manage the sales pursuit and close opportunities.
? Develop and direct the sales efforts for new client target acquisition and/or direct the
efforts to ensure execution of sales strategies geared toward protecting and growing
business with existing clients.
? Enhance e4e's partnership with and value to each client through increased
relationships with their middle and senior management.
Since we intend to continue our robust historical year-on-year growth of 30%+ per annum, this
role therefore is extremely critical for the Company.
Sales (Hunting): New Logos
? Establish qualification strategy
? Utilize existing network to bring new opportunities to e4e
? Ability to generate a qualified pipeline and take them through the sales stages
effectively within a short period of time
? Coordinate internal approvals and sales team resources; manage solution/proposition
develop client interactions and relevant client demonstrations, etc.
? Ensure a Competitive Advantage is created and maintained
? Effectively engage with the C-suite to maintain their continued support
? Influence client's selection process and evaluation criteria
? Facilitate the negotiations and closing activities
? Manage successful transition of the opportunity to the delivery team
? Support efforts and/or gain client agreement for press releases, reference ability, etc.
? May supervise or manage other Sales Executives or other sales team members
Sales (Mining): Existing Logos
? Identifying and converting opportunities in the existing work engagement for new
revenue and/or new scopes, which can create additional revenue streams for the
? Develop client-specific cost savings and profit-improvement strategies, implement
required services, and document return on investment.
? Analyze and anticipate clients existing and future needs in depth and communicate
this within the team and management for arriving at appropriate solutions
? Tap into the wider resources and skills within own organizations to develop client

? Develop compelling solutions to client business requirements based on opportunities
? Build and manage internal/external relationships involving the respective stake
? Manage evolving client expectations, needs and priorities, and collaborate with client
team members to ensure effective integration with consulting and service delivery
capabilities and priorities.
? Manage and monitor client satisfaction, and recommend appropriate strategies, tactics
and operational initiatives to continuously enhance client satisfaction
? Bring fresh insights & innovative ideas to client business that would help them deliver
competitive advantage to their customers
? Develop joint strategies that are mutually beneficial to all partners within the account
? Manage Client Engagement Model ensuring that all potential points of contacts are
being served appropriately
? Communicate strategy and direction effectively across the team
? Bachelor?s or Graduate level education (e.g., MBA, MPHA) or equivalent education and
? 7+ years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle space or Healthcare analytics
and/or consulting, with client contact at senior levels and demonstrated business
? Proven history of ability to capture the attention and respect of key decision makers in
the client environment by providing new and useful ways of thinking about managing
healthcare costs and quality.
? Current or prior responsibility must have included revenue accountability in the
? Ability to manage multiple clients.
? Superior understanding of both new business development and consulting methodology
? Willingness to travel.
? Must have excellent communications skills, writing skills, small group facilitation skills
and formal presentation skills.
