AtTask, Inc., the leading provider of work management software, has an opening for an Educator in the Education Services department to work in the Global Services Organization. This position has the responsibility for ensuring the success of our customers by effectively delivering training focused on using the AtTask solution. The position will work directly with AtTask customers attending training courses and will report to the Manager of Education Delivery. Individuals performing this role will deliver online and face-to-face training and education to the customer. The right candidate will have strong written, verbal and public communication skills; attention to detail; the ability to follow and improve on processes and procedures; and the ability to meet deadlines. This role requires an individual who can deliver creative and engaging training in live and online environments. The primary objective of this role is to deliver outstanding training and education to ensure our customers are successful in their use of the AtTask solution.
Duties:
Ensure the delivery of high-quality training and education services to ensure our customer?s success with the implementation of our solution.
Serve as a mentor, coach, and knowledge resource for the customer.
Create content to contribute to the continuous improvement of our training materials, curriculum, methodologies, and templates.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required.
PMI certification a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to work on multiple tasks and able to prioritize personal workload.
Ability to develop and deliver creative business solutions for complex problems.
Strong team player.
Strong writing and presentation capabilities.
Occasional travel may be required.
