Requirements: The candidate must have a law degree from a leading U.S. law school, be a member of the Colorado State Bar, and have strong academic credentials and a minimum of 5 years? experience at a law firm and in-house. General corporate experience is required, including extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation. Experience in telecommunications, supplier agreements and technology agreements are a plus.
?J.D. from an accredited law school and a strong academic background.
?5+ years of general corporate experience with a strong background in contract drafting and negotiation experience with a focus on, commercial contracts including supplier agreements and technology agreements.
?Some prior experience working in the technology field is considered an advantage, including an understanding of the risks associated with such a business.
?Substantial contract drafting and negotiation experience is required.
?Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate (both orally and in written form) and interact effectively with clients and business leaders at all levels of the organization; must be able to identify critical issues requiring action and convey them in a manner that is useful to the client.
?Must be a team player.
?The ideal candidate will have sound character, be willing to ?roll up his/her sleeves,? and have excellent business and legal judgment.
?A self-starter and someone who is business-oriented.
?Superior intellect, with the ability to combine analytical reasoning, creativity and judgment.
?Quick study, able to handle complex matters, with multiple initiatives going on simultaneously.
?Able to deal effectively with strategic issues as well as tactical operational details.
