The Audience Marketing Manager is a world-class individual that engages directly with key audience stakeholders to drive interest, demand and transactions accordingly. He or she will successfully lead the marketing strategy in ensuring the right engagement with hospitality audiences to achieve the right business and product adoption outcomes.
Support major product updates by organizing by proactively informing your target audience with a broad spectrum marketing effort.
Determine key influencers and decision makers in your target audience and define best practices for reaching and influencing these individuals.
Develop go-to-market content and campaign plans for the Marketing team to execute as well as the metrics to measure success and failure.
Gather and process direct market feedback into actionable product and service improvements for the Product Management team.
Shift customer prospecting into primarily an Inbound function where customers are reaching out to buuteeq seeking additional information and purchase opportunities.
5+ years of marketing experience
BA from four year university or equivalent
Business/marketing experience in the software and/or hospitality industry, with emphasis on reaching these audiences (Owner/Operator, General Manager, Director of Marketing)
Understand the competitive landscape and the strengths and weaknesses of current hospitality technology
Demonstrate the passion and tenacity for expert marketing management and execution
Operational excellence and ability to scale optimal campaign & event delivery results
Orientation with evidence marketing and PR
Outstanding interpersonal skills, organized, decisive, detail & action-oriented, innovative and able to motivate, inspire, and lead teams with a high degree of independence & success
Computer skills - must be proficient in general office technologies: Microsoft Office Suite, Cloud based Software (such as Gmail)
Hospitality Management experience is an advantage
