We are currently seeking a Level 3 A/V Technician to provide part time A/V support to Yorktel client in NY.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Set and maintain proactive executive/high profile meeting support levels
Be responsible for the integrity of allocated rooms
Perform regular room checks & preventative maintenance.
Ensure that relevant ?help? documentation is available
Ensure there are no ?safety issues? in the room ? i.e. trailing cables, etc.
Setup, testing, operation, and tear down of audio visual (AV) and videoconference equipment; (e.g. video data projection systems, computers, audio- and videoconference equipment, microphones, video cameras, audio systems, and operation of integrated AV systems) in compliance with the set of prescribed SOPs
Execute and assist Service Delivery Center in all aspects of videoconferences including call set up, end user training, troubleshooting, and follow through on escalation of trouble issues.
Provide consultation and education to all levels of end users on presentation technology equipment.
Troubleshoot AV and videoconferencing related technology (various projectors, control systems, audio- and videoconferencing
Perform regular preventive maintenance checks (e.g., either report or address troubles such as cable management issues, safety standards non-compliance, etc.).
Escalate housekeeping and technical issues outside of AV and conferencing technology and applications to appropriate department
Maintain understanding of current and new technolog
Responsible for administrative tasks associated with team, such as time reporting, project fulfillment as directed by Operations Manager Collate and report service escalations to Operations Management.

Education & Qualifications:
4 to 6 years experience in Audio Visual
Incumbent Must have prior experience with AMX Control Consoles, Cisco Telepresence Management System (TMS), Cisco Telepresence Content Server (TCS), Tandberg Codian MCU Cisco C-Series Codecs (C-60) Web Conferencing (WebEx, ATT Webmeeting etc.,)
BS Degree or work experience equivalent
Proficient in Office Suite
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 lbs
Frequent sitting, standing and walking
