Audit Assistant - Contractor LiveOps
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Responsibilities
Attend mandatory biweekly staff meeting and biweekly one on one with direct supervisor
Complete assigned duties including but not limited to:
Author and respond to auditor post box messages.
Research and resolve auditor issues/complaints.
Create audit question sets
Create and duplicate audit queues
Retrieve audit results from proprietary reporting tool and send to customers via Excel spreadsheet
File and/or respond to Bugs in Bugzilla.
Pay auditor fees for non-LiveOps auditing
Listen to calls for quality concerns, Affinity compliance, equipment concerns, etc.
Research agent calls to identify issues, if any
Issue feedback to agents based on feedback received from clients
Issue Compliance Events to agents based on SOW violations.
Review auditors work
Skills & Abilities
Ability and enthusiasm to work as part of an interdependent team with the Audit staff, Program Managers and Program Specialists.
Superior PC and Internet skills
Above average Excel spreadsheet skills
Excellent communication skills ? both written and verbal
A genuine desire to provide superior levels of support to auditing customers
Superior level of attention to detail
Ability to effectively multi-task
At least 6 months as an active LiveOps Independent Agent with an average of 300 or more calls per month preferred
High School Education or Higher.
