Author Marketing Coordinator Goodreads
Goodreads is seeking a motivated, energetic person to support our author program and help authors better use the site to market their books. This role is critical to helping us support our growing community of more than 65,000 authors.
Responsibilities and Role:
Develop marketing materials that highlight the promotional and advertising opportunities available to Goodreads Authors.
Educate and support authors as they join the site and learn to use the Author Program.
Assist with the scheduling and execution of giveaways, author chats, and other promotional activities.
Work closely with ad sales team to support author-related advertising.
Build and maintain productive relationships with a wide variety of authors.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Interest in self-publishing and new publishing ventures
Interest in and knowledge of how books are marketed online
Strong visual skills; some design background a plus
Knowledge of and passion for Goodreads a strong plus
Passion for discovering, reading, and sharing books!
